Skylur, Natanya, and Amber live in a small house with their mom and dad.

One day, Skylur asked, "Can we have a pet?"

Their dad said, "Our house is pretty small for the five of us and a pet too."

Their mom said, "Maybe. If we can find a little pet. Dad and I will let you have one."

The next day after dinner, they all went to the pet store.

Skylur looked at the dogs.

Natanya looked at the cats.

Their mom and dad said that a dog or a cat would be too big.

Skylur looked at the lizards.

Their mom said, "Oh no! No lizards!"

Natanya looked at the birds.

Their dad said, "A bird would be nice."

Skylur said, "A bird? Do we have to get a bird? Let's look around some more."

They looked at the guinea pigs.

They looked at the ferrets.

They looked at the hamsters.

They looked at the rabbits.

They could not agree on what they wanted.

They passed the fish tanks and their little sister, Amber, stopped.

Amber started to wiggle her hips and laugh, "Wiggle! Wiggle!"

Skylur and Natanya came over beside Amber.

They wiggled their hips and laughed, "Wiggle! Wiggle!"

Their mom picked out a fish bowl.

Their dad said, "Each of you can pick out one fish for a pet."

Now, every morning when their mom feeds the fish,

Skylur, Natanya, and Amber stand in front of the bowl

and wiggle, wiggle with the fish.
